ePaper: forgot Password

have you forgotten your ePaper password? This article will help you reset the password.

Trigger reset

• Navigate to the ePaper (https://epaper.sphair.ch)
• Click on the "Forgot password" button at the bottom of the page
• Enter your e-mail address and press "reset"

Create new password

After the reset button has been pressed you will receive a new temporary password to the corresponding e-mail address. To login proceed as follows:

• Enter your username (is not equal to the e-mail address!)
• Enter temporary password and press login
• You are now logged in
• To set a new password click in the top right corner on your username and select "change password"
• Enter the old and twice a new password
